Social Media & Marketing Manager (In-Person - Sarasota, FL)Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled, creative, and results-driven Social Media & Marketing Manager to join our team full-time in Sarasota, Florida . This role is responsible for managing and growing our brand presence across multiple platforms including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging channels . The ideal candidate is not just a content creator—but a strategic marketer who understands how to drive engagement, generate leads, and scale brand visibility through proven social media and digital marketing strategies. Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Strategy & Growth Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across all platforms Plan and manage content calendars aligned with business goals Identify trends, viral opportunities, and platform-specific growth tactics Optimize content for maximum reach, engagement, and conversions Content Creation & Management Oversee creation of short-form and long-form content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube videos, posts, stories) Collaborate with video editors and designers to produce high-quality content Write compelling captions, hooks, and CTAs that drive interaction Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all platforms Engagement & Community Building Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions Build and nurture an engaged online community Implement strategies to increase followers, shares, and overall engagement Analytics & Performance Tracking Track KPIs such as engagement rate, reach, impressions, and conversions Analyze performance data and adjust strategies accordingly Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations Marketing & Lead Generation Align social media efforts with overall marketing and sales goals Create campaigns that generate leads, appointments, and revenue Support paid ad strategies (Facebook/Instagram/YouTube/LinkedIn ads) Funnel traffic into landing pages, email lists, and CRM systems Team Leadership & Coordination Manage and collaborate with content creators, editors, and marketing team members Delegate tasks and ensure timely execution of campaigns Bring new ideas and innovations to continuously improve marketing efforts Qualifications Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and engagement strategies Experience with short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) Skilled in content planning, storytelling, and brand positioning Familiarity with tools such as CapCut, Canva, ChatGPT, Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio Experience with analytics and performance tracking tools Knowledge of paid ads and funnel-based marketing is a plus Strong organizational and project management skills Ability to work in-person full-time in Sarasota, FL Marketing & Growth Apply knowledge of social media algorithms, trends, and audience behavior Collaborate on Facebook Ads and Google Ads creative Optimize content for engagement, reach, and conversions Tools, Systems & Collaboration Manage workflows using Slack, Zoom, Gmail, and Calendly Organize assets using Google Drive and Dropbox Coordinate with operations and leadership teams Performance & Optimization Track content performance and report insights Iterate strategy based on data and results Identify and scale high-performing content formats Required Experience & Tools Applicants should have hands-on experience with most of the following: Platforms TikTok Instagram YouTube Shorts LinkedIn Marketing & Ads Facebook Ads (creative understanding required) Google Ads (basic knowledge required) Communication & Workflow Slack Zoom Gmail Microsoft Office Calendly File Management Google Drive Dropbox Qualifications Minimum 1 year experience in content creation or digital marketing Proven ability to lead content strategy and execution Strong understanding of social media algorithms and trends Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills Ability to manage multiple platforms and priorities Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) REQUIRED
