• West Palm Beach GreenMarket 6:15am-2:45pm (October-May) Gringuita Cookies is a premium frozen cookie dough that specializes in bake-from-frozen oversized stuffed cookies. We sell our product in stores, but we bring our delicious, gourmet cookie dough to life by baking it at farmers markets, creating joyful, memorable experiences for our customers. We're seeking a dependable, energetic Farmers Market Manager to represent us each Saturday during market season. Duties Pick up market supplies and inventory from warehouse kitchen at 6:15am Drive to and from the market (own vehicle) Set up and break down tent, tables, signage, and displays Bake frozen cookie dough on-site with our tabletop electric oven Assist with customer transactions Engage with customers and confidently represent the Gringuita Cookies brand Maintain accurate sales records and weekly reports Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are met Communicate any inventory or operational needs Troubleshoot problems (weather, booth logistics, etc.) with calm, confident decision-making Qualifications Reliable and punctual—rain or shine Physically able to lift up to 40 lbs and set up equipment Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable working independently Prior retail, food service, or farmers market experience a plus Must have a valid driver's license (access to a car preferred) Available every Saturday from October to May Perks Part-time seasonal role Be part of a fast-growing small business Opportunities for bonuses or growth for the right person Cookies!!
