Initial 3-Month Contract (Potential Extension Based on Business Need & Performance) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Retail Audience Marketing Manager to join our Retail Audience Marketing team. This role will be responsible for developing audience-centric marketing strategies, retail-focused messaging, and content that drive engagement, pipeline generation, and revenue growth across key retail segments. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of retail operations, workforce challenges, customer experience initiatives, and buying behaviors. Working closely with Sales, Field Marketing, Brand, and Product teams, you will create impactful content and programs that resonate with retail decision-makers and support go-to-market success. Key Responsibilities Retail Audience Strategy & Messaging Define and refine retail audience segments, customer journeys, and buying triggers. Develop compelling value propositions and messaging aligned with retail priorities such as workforce optimization, employee retention, and customer experience. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and brand teams to ensure consistent and effective messaging across all channels. Content Development & Storytelling Create retail-focused content including customer success stories, executive briefs, campaign assets, sales enablement materials, and talk tracks. Translate complex retail and workforce management challenges into clear, business-focused narratives. Align content with campaign objectives and sales priorities to support account engagement and pipeline acceleration. Program Activation & Sales Alignment Execute audience marketing strategies across campaigns, industry events, field programs, and sales initiatives. Partner with Field Marketing and Sales teams to ensure messaging and content are effectively activated in the market. Support customer-facing engagements, events, and industry programs that drive business growth. Optimization & Continuous Improvement Utilize analytics, field feedback, and AI-driven insights to optimize audience segmentation and messaging effectiveness. Identify opportunities to improve scalability, consistency, and impact of retail marketing programs. Continuously refine content and strategies to enhance engagement and sales outcomes. Required Qualifications Bachelor''s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in Marketing, Content Strategy, Audience Marketing, Industry Marketing, or related roles. Demonstrated success developing sales-ready messaging and content that drives measurable business results. Strong experience collaborating with Sales, Field Marketing, Product Marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders. Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting retail-focused go-to-market strategies. Understanding of retail operations, customer experience, workforce management, and frontline employee challenges. Background in B2B SaaS, Workforce Management, HR Technology, or related industries. Experience developing industry-specific campaigns, messaging frameworks, and marketing programs. Ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies that support pipeline growth and revenue generation.
