Job Description Summary:
- We're looking for a Senior Solution & Customer Marketing Manager to drive transformational growth within Rocket Software's Agentic AI platform.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- + •Build Launch-Centric GTM Strategies to
Accelerate Market Entry:
- Assess market dynamics, pinpoint high-potential segments, and align the organization around a differentiated GTM approach that drives awareness, pipeline, and early customer adoption. +
- Sharpen Insights to
Attract & Engage Audiences:
- Lead the development and ongoing improvement of audience and persona frameworks and buyer journey maps to inform content strategy, demand and conversion programs. +
- Understand Alternative Solutions to
Improve Competitive Position:
- Actively understand alternative market solutions and accepted approaches that customers may employ to solve their challenges to continuously inform product strategy and tune strategic messaging that feeds campaigns, enablement and customer programing. +
Develop Strategic Messaging and Content:
- Craft strategic messaging, driven by competitive positioning and AI knowledge, that articulates unique value to and resonates with target audiences and that displays our unique perspective on the market and ideal solution. +
Evolve High Impact Product Launch Strategy:
- Improve the market and customer impact of product launches and integrations with defined accountability and outcomes. +
- Equip the
Business:
- Work in strategic partnership across the business to enable cross functional teams on market, plays, offers and other topics as fit.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- + 5-7 years of experience in a B2B software product and/or solution marketing role (experience with customer marketing and content marketing is a bonus) + Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) messaging and product launches + Proven track record of developing compelling AI messaging and unique value propositions that resonate with technical and business audiences + Experience leading sales enablement strategies that equip sellers to identify opportunities and build pipeline through successful customer engagements + Experience and comfort with giving presentations to executive-level audiences for high-visibility products, including Business line leaders + Experience managing multiple cross-functional priorities, in a remote setting, while maintaining clear communication + Proven track record of strategizing and leading multiple high-impact B2B software solution launches, leveraging diverse channels and routes to market + Proven track record conducting market and buyer analysis to build compelling personas that help direct marketing and sales efforts towards successful outcomes + Experience leading sales enablement strategies that equip sellers to identify opportunities and build pipeline through successful customer engagements + Experience engaging with analysts and leveraging analyst research and feedback to shape and drive messaging and GTM strategies + Experience and comfort with giving presentations to executive-level audiences, including Business line leaders + Proven expertise in advanced data analysis across surveys, sales, and marketing metrics to validate hypotheses and enhance go-to-market strategies + Must be willing to travel approximately 20% \#LI-Remote Annual salary range for this position is between $97,500.
