Position Summary Stratix is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to develop and execute online strategies that drive brand awareness, website traffic, and customer acquisition. Reporting to the Senior Director, Go-To-Market Engineering, this individual will play a central role in advancing Stratix's digital presence and performance across the full marketing funnel. The position spans website strategy and management, digital advertising, and cross-channel campaign execution. The Digital Marketing Manager will set strategy and oversee execution, working in close partnership with internal marketing teams and a roster of external agencies to deliver measurable results. The ideal candidate combines strong strategic judgment with hands-on operational discipline and a data-driven approach to optimization. Key Responsibilities Lead a comprehensive refresh of the Stratix website, including platform selection, partnering with the Content team and a design agency on content and design, and building stronger conversion opportunities throughout the site. Manage the website on an ongoing basis in collaboration with developers and the Content team, ensuring it is well optimized for SEO and search visibility, including emerging AI-driven answer engines (AEO). Plan, execute, manage, and report on all paid digital advertising, including display, ABM, PPC, YouTube, and paid social, while owning the advertising budget and accountability for results. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop, create, publish, and maintain campaign assets across digital channels, including web, email, and online advertising, and assist with email marketing initiatives. Partner with the Partner Marketing team to execute the digital components of co-marketing campaigns, programs, and events. Manage external agencies, including development, creative, PPC, and marketing automation partners, holding each accountable to scope, timeline, quality, and budget. Analyze performance across all digital channels and translate insights into optimizations, delivering clear, decision-ready reporting on KPIs and ROI to leadership.
Qualifications Experience :
Minimum 5 years in digital marketing, with a demonstrated track record across web properties and paid digital advertising programs. Budget Management:
Proven experience managing a digital advertising budget across multiple channels. Website Expertise:
Hands-on experience leading website initiatives, including platform selection, redesigns, content management, and conversion rate optimization. Search & Optimization:
Strong working knowledge of SEO and paid search, with familiarity with optimizing for AI answer engines. Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical capability, with proficiency in web and campaign analytics and the ability to translate data into action. Agency Management:
Demonstrated experience directing external agencies and vendors to deliver on time and on budget. Project Management:
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders concurrently. Education:
