As we continue to expand across Georgia, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Operations & Marketing Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure compliance, and lead marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand presence and client relationships statewide. Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management Oversee daily client care, scheduling, and office operations to ensure smooth and compliant workflows. Manage caregiver coordination, onboarding, and staff scheduling to meet client needs. Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and records for regulatory and quality assurance requirements. Support HR with recruiting, hiring, and employee performance reviews. Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and service quality. Marketing & Business Development Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Royal Faith Homecare services throughout Georgia. Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources — including hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living communities, case managers, and social workers. Represent the agency at community events, health fairs, and networking functions. Manage digital and print marketing efforts, including social media, website updates, and promotional materials. Track leads, analyze referral data, and provide monthly marketing performance reports. Collaborate with leadership to set and achieve growth and expansion goals. Client & Caregiver Relations Maintain high client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving. Conduct quality assurance visits and follow-ups to ensure consistent care delivery. Foster a positive, professional, and compassionate work culture among staff and caregivers. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred). Minimum 2-3 years of experience in operations and/or marketing within homecare, healthcare, or a service-oriented field. Strong knowledge of Georgia homecare compliance and regulatory standards . Proven success in community outreach, referral development, and marketing campaigns . Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Proficiency in scheduling, office software, and social media marketing. Compassionate, dependable, and mission-driven.
