This position serves as the face of the company within the powersports industry and is responsible for developing strategic relationships, growing market share, managing marketing initiatives, supporting customers, and ensuring the Seat Concepts brand continues to be recognized as the premium motorcycle seat manufacturer worldwide. The ideal candidate lives and breathes powersports, understands motorcycle culture, possesses excellent communication skills, and is equally comfortable working behind a computer analyzing budgets and sales as they are representing the company at race events, dealerships, and trade shows. Key Responsibilities Support customers through phone, email, social media, and dealer channels. Resolve customer issues professionally and promptly. Assist customers in selecting appropriate products. Identify recurring customer concerns and recommend improvements. Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction standards. Participate in strategies to increase domestic and international sales. Conduct dealer visits to strengthen partnerships and identify growth opportunities. Assist dealers with product training, merchandising, and sales support. Identify and pursue OEM and strategic partnership opportunities. Assist with forecasting demand and product launches. Protect and strengthen the Seat Concepts brand identity across all channels. Ensure brand consistency across websites, packaging, advertising, events, and social media. Identify new opportunities to increase brand awareness and market share. Participate in annual marketing campaigns. Coordinate website content and product launches. Work with photographers, videographers, influencers, and content creators. Coordinate email marketing campaigns and newsletters. Develop marketing materials including brochures, banners, catalogs, and dealer resources. Participate in driving the company's social media strategy. Monitor engagement and customer interaction. Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategy accordingly. Grow followers and increase customer engagement. Manage company sponsorship and ambassador programs. Build relationships with professional racers, influencers, and industry ambassadors. Ensure sponsored athletes properly represent the Seat Concepts brand. Plan and coordinate trade shows, dealer events, rides, races, and industry events. Manage communication with magazines, websites, podcasts, social media and YouTube creators. Develop and manage annual marketing budgets. Track marketing expenditures and ROI. Evaluate advertising effectiveness. Prepare monthly reports on marketing performance. Work closely with R D to provide market feedback and new product opportunities. Participate in product testing. Assist in prioritizing new product development. Qualifications Strong understanding of the powersports industry Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and project management abilities 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or brand management Experience managing budgets Proficiency with Microsoft Office Ability to travel approximately 20-35% Event planning experience Dealer network management experience Social media content creation experience Email marketing platform experience CRM software experience Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand for extended periods during events and trade shows. Occasional weekend work for races, dealer events, and trade shows.
