Job Description

Position Summary A well-established, privately held manufacturer in the home products and specialty goods space is conducting a confidential search for an experienced Marketing Manager. This role will lead the development and execution of marketing initiatives that support brand awareness, customer engagement, product adoption, channel growth, and overall business objectives across multiple product lines and brands. The Marketing Manager will lead day-to-day marketing activities and manage a small team while working closely with sales, product, engineering, customer service, and executive leadership. The ideal candidate will be comfortable balancing strategy and execution, supporting new product introductions, strengthening dealer and distributor relationships, and improving the customer experience through clear, effective marketing communication. Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Brand Management Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with company objectives. Maintain and strengthen brand positioning across all brands and product lines. Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities. Manage marketing budgets and measure campaign effectiveness. Product Marketing & Commercialization Lead marketing support for new product launches and product line expansions. Create launch plans, sales tools, promotional campaigns, and customer communications. Partner with product management, engineering, and sales teams to successfully bring products to market. Dealer & Channel Marketing Develop programs that support distributor and dealer growth. Create communications, promotions, and sales support materials for channel partners. Support dealer training initiatives, customer events, and channel engagement activities. Partner with sales leadership to align marketing activities with growth objectives. Digital Marketing & Content Development Oversee company websites, email marketing, social media, and digital advertising initiatives. Manage development of brochures, catalogs, videos, advertising, newsletters, website content, and sales collateral. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. Leadership & Project Management Lead marketing projects from concept through execution. Prioritize activities across multiple brands, product lines, and business initiatives. Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment between marketing objectives and broader business goals. Manage direct reports by establishing clear expectations, providing coaching and feedback, supporting employee development, and ensuring accountability for departmental goals. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 5+ years of progressive marketing experience. Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns. Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills. Experience with CRM platforms, digital marketing tools, content management systems, and analytics platforms. Preferred Experience in manufacturing, building products, consumer durable goods, or related industries. Experience supporting dealer, distributor, or channel-based sales organizations. Experience managing multiple brands and product portfolios. Experience planning and executing trade shows, events, and product launches. Previous experience leading, supervising, and developing marketing team members. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strategic marketing and business planning. Brand development and product marketing expertise. Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. Analytical problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership, coaching, and cross-functional relationship-building skills. Pay:
$75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
