The Reserve at Saluki Pointe 768 Bed Student Housing Complex Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Leasing Manager to lead our property leasing operations with enthusiasm and expertise. In this role, you will oversee the leasing process from initial inquiry through lease signing, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective tenants while maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations. Your energetic approach will drive occupancy rates, foster positive tenant relationships, and support the overall success of our property management team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, a passion for customer service, and a thorough understanding of real estate leasing practices. This position includes competitive leasing incentives. Duties Manage the full leasing cycle, including marketing available units, conducting property tours, and closing lease agreements. Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue. Maintain detailed records of all leasing activities using property management and lead to leases software Handle tenant inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and enthusiasm, providing exceptional customer service. Negotiate lease terms, review contracts, and prepare legal documentation in accordance with landlord-tenant law. Collaborate with maintenance teams to coordinate property repairs and upkeep to enhance tenant satisfaction. Conduct regular data entry, filing, and administrative tasks to keep leasing files accurate and up-to-date. Resolve conflicts efficiently through effective conflict management techniques while maintaining positive relationships with tenants and prospects. Upsell available amenities or lease options to prospective tenants to increase occupancy rates and revenue streams. Requirements Proven experience in property management or real estate leasing, including familiarity with office procedures such as filing, data entry, and contract management. Proficiency in property management software such as RealPage, Yardi or OneSite; experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is a plus. Excellent customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and negotiation abilities. Demonstrated ability in sales techniques, upselling strategies, and conflict resolution within a fast-paced environment. Legal administrative experience related to lease agreements and contracts is highly desirable. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in data entry and filing tasks.
