The role will translate brand, consumer and shopper strategies into compelling retail programs. The Manager will lead the development of programs that bring together consumer promotions, talent, media, partnerships and cultural/entertainment IP to create differentiated experiences that drive conversion and strengthen brand performance at retail.
Accountabilities:
Own the national shopper marketing strategy and program portfolio , translating brand and business priorities into differentiated programs that drive growth. Set program priorities and investment recommendations , determining where shopper marketing can have the greatest business impact. Develop integrated programs that bring together consumer promotions, talent, media, partnerships and IP to create compelling reasons to buy. Navigate complex sales, shopper and program performance data to evaluate effectiveness, determine ROI and inform future investment decisions. Turn data and insights into clear, compelling recommendations and stories for senior stakeholders. Lead cross-functional teams and agencies from strategy through execution , ensuring alignment, accountability and commercial impact

Regional Marketing Team Finance & Compliance MABI Creative Team Qualifiactions, Education, and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of related marketing experience Demonstrated experience developing and executing consumer promotions and integrated marketing programs Proven experience bringing together talent, media, partnership IP to create differentiated consumer & shopper experiences

Compensation:
Compensation offered to prospective Team Members has taken internal equity into consideration and can vary depending on a positions' location. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on the job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the individual.
