Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Edwardsville, Illinois. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping our digital strategy, optimizing marketing performance, and driving data-driven growth initiatives. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, this position offers a unique opportunity to influence membership growth and enhance brand visibility through innovative digital campaigns.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of digital performance strategies, serving as the primary analytics partner to the Chief Marketing Officer.
  • Manage and oversee paid media campaigns through collaboration with external agency partners, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Develop and present clear, actionable insights from marketing analytics and campaign data to guide leadership decisions.
  • Oversee the utilization and optimization of the marketing technology stack to support comprehensive omnichannel campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance landing pages, user experiences, and conversion funnels for improved outcomes.
  • Monitor and manage digital campaign budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in digital marketing, analytics platforms, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Ensure seamless integration of paid and organic media strategies to enhance overall campaign effectiveness.
  • Evaluate and manage external vendors and technology solutions to support strategic marketing objectives.
