Marketing Manager:
Develop and manage high-quality proposal responses, qualification packages, and other business development materials in response to RFPs and RFQs. Partner with internal leadership teams to prepare impactful presentations and interview materials for prospective client meetings and shortlist opportunities. Oversee social media strategy and content creation to strengthen brand awareness and audience engagement across platforms. Coordinate the creation of multimedia marketing content, including corporate videos and visual storytelling assets that align with company values and messaging. Maintain and enhance the company's online presence through regular website updates and digital content management. Create, edit, and distribute a variety of marketing materials including brochures, project sheets, case studies, and branded collateral. Support ongoing marketing operations through CRM/database management, award submission coordination, event planning, and project photography efforts. Qualifications of the
Marketing Manager:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Minimum of five years' marketing experience, preferably in the A/E/C industry. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). Proven expertise in digital marketing and social media strategy execution. Strong copywriting, proofreading, and editing skills. Exceptional project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple assignments.
