Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Manager of Learning & Capability Building responsible for executing and improving their Brand Immersion training program. This is a contract opportunity that is hybrid to downtown Chicago.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Own end-to-end execution of the Brand Immersion training program (creation of new modules, rollout, and continuous improvement) Build and deliver end-to-end learning experiences, including outlining content, defining flow, and creating engaging and interactive elements Translate brand pillars and development standards into clear, practical learning for developers Create and refine learning content, including drafting copy, structuring modules, and developing interactive components Partner closely with design resources to translate content into clear, visually effective learning materials Ensure learning experiences are engaging, practical, and applicable to real-world development scenarios

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field 5+ years in Learning & Development, Sales Enablement or Program Management Proven experience executing programs end-to-end Experience designing blended learning solutions Pay rate: 60-65/hr W2
