$40 - $60K
PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT
Under the direction of theRegionManager, the Location Manageris responsible forcoordinating all purchases, operations, public relations, andcontrolactivities within the location in a safe and profitable manner.

Cooperate with other supervisory personnel toensureefficiency and overall company growth.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Purchase grain and report transactions in a timely manner. Responsible forweighing andtesting ofgrain-inbound and outbound. Responsible forpayment of grain purchases. Ability to write purchase contracts on the computerand basic knowledge of the computer system. Carry out supervisory responsibilitiesin accordance withthe organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsible for all supervisor duties including but not limited tointerviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Responsible forunderstanding the working knowledge ofall recordsrelevant to your locationincluding but not limited topurchases, sales, long and short position, storage position, graincontractsand inventory. Supervisegrainreceiving,storage, graindryingand shipping of grain. Maintainan accurateinventory system to protectgrain. Provide exceptionalcustomerservice. Responsible formonitoringthe grade and condition of allgrainon hand. Responsible for making sure thefacilitiesand equipment are clean andmaintained. Maintainaccuratemaintenance records. Monitor complianceofall safety activities and regulatory compliance. Ability to work extended hours as business conditions warrant.
REQUIREMENTS
Normally requires a high school diploma or the equivalent thereof, and 3 years of related work experience, or equivalent combination of education andexperience.
