Position Summary S&K Building Services is looking for a driven, digitally fluent Marketing & Branding Manager to build, scale, and own our entire marketing presence from the ground up. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role where strategy meets execution. From Google Business Profiles and paid advertising to SEO, social media, website management, lead generation, and content creation-you'll be at the center of it all, shaping how S&K shows up in every market we serve. We're looking for someone who's energized by building something meaningful, thrives in a hands-on environment, and is confident operating with autonomy while collaborating closely with branch leaders and senior leadership. What You'll Own & Drive Dominate Local Presence (21 Markets) Take full control of our Google Business ecosystem across 21 locations and 15 brands: Fully optimize and elevate every profile - from visibility to conversion Launch coordinated weekly content across all markets Build a centralized system for scale and consistency Track and report performance across impressions, calls, and discovery Build a High-Performing Paid Engine Drive demand and revenue through strategic digital advertising: Launch and optimize Google Search + Local Service Ads (Google Guaranteed) Target key decision-makers via LinkedIn campaigns Own budget strategy and performance reporting (CPL, CPC, ROAS) Continuously test, iterate, and scale what works Lead SEO & Own the Search Strategy Turn S&K into a search powerhouse : Execute a full technical SEO overhaul Build city-specific strategies across all 21 markets Create high-value landing pages for priority services Implement advanced schema and AI-search-ready content Publish ongoing thought leadership and industry content Create a Bold, Consistent Social Presence Bring every brand to life across platforms: Launch and manage LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram for all brands Deliver high-frequency, platform-native content (Reels, carousels, before/after) Maintain rapid engagement standards across all channels Build a recognizable, consistent voice across 15 brands Own the Website Experience Transform skbuildingservices.com into a conversion machine : Build high-impact service pages and city landing pages Optimize for performance, speed, mobile, and SEO Ensure every page is built to convert - clear, compelling, and measurable Fuel Lead Generation & Growth Create a predictable inbound pipeline : Implement full-funnel tracking and attribution Optimize landing pages with trust signals and client proof (CBRE, JLL, Colliers) Deliver clear, data-driven reporting to leadership Tell the Story Through Content Lead all content creation across digital and print: Develop compelling sales materials and brand collateral Capture and produce jobsite video content Write powerful, conversion-focused web and marketing copy Highlight success through case studies and storytelling Strengthen Internal Alignment Be the connector across teams and markets: Deliver monthly updates on wins, campaigns, and initiatives Build a shared content library and brand toolkit Empower local teams with ready-to-use templates and assets Support leadership communications across growth and expansion What It Takes to Win in This Role You're someone who: Thrives in ownership and autonomy Can manage complexity across multiple brands and markets Brings hands-on expertise in SEO, paid media, and digital platforms Is both strategic and execution-focused Loves building systems, not just maintaining them Why This Role Matters This role is about more than marketing - it's about building the engine that fuels S&K's next phase of growth. You'll have the opportunity to: Shape how the company shows up in every market Drive measurable revenue impact Create consistency across a growing portfolio of brands Partner directly with leadership on company-wide strategy Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field 3 years minimum of hands-on digital marketing experience with multi-location or multi-brand ownership Google Ads and Google Analytics 4 certifications or affluency in system Proven local SEO experience - GBP setup and optimization, city-level keyword strategy, schema markup Hands-on WordPress management, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Meta Business Suite experience Self-directed, highly organized, and comfortable owning multiple programs simultaneously across 19 markets Preferred Semrush, Ahrefs, Birdeye/Podium/NiceJob, or CallRail experience Prior experience unifying digital marketing across multiple acquired regional brands Basic video editing and on-site content capture capability
