  • Full-time Dual-Brand Hotel Sales Manager Suites and Staybridge Suites & Holiday Inn Express We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Dual-Brand Sales Manager to lead sales efforts for our Holiday Inn Express & Suites and Staybridge Suites properties.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining existing accounts, and increasing revenue across both hotels. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and comfortable developing relationships with local businesses, corporate travelers, construction companies, sports teams, government agencies, and extended-stay clients. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies for both properties. Prospect for new corporate, group, crew, and extended-stay business. Conduct outside sales calls, property tours, and client meetings. Build relationships with local businesses and community organizations. Respond promptly to leads, prepare proposals, and negotiate group and corporate rates. Maintain regular communication with existing accounts and identify additional opportunities. Manage account production, group room blocks, contracts, and follow-up activities. Monitor local market activity, competitors, and upcoming projects. Work closely with hotel management and front-desk teams to ensure successful client stays. Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular activity and production reports. Represent both hotels at networking events, trade shows, and community functions. Qualifications Previous hotel sales experience is required. Experience with IHG, Hilton, or Marriott is required . Experience with HotelKey is preferred . Experience with corporate, group, crew, or extended-stay sales is preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated and able to manage sales responsibilities across two properties. Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities. Comfortable making cold calls and conducting in-person sales visits. Proficient with email, Microsoft Office, and hotel sales or property-management systems. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
