About Us:
We're looking for a Marketing Director to lead all branding, content, and client acquisition initiatives. From high-end listing presentations to social media reels to drip campaigns that convert, you'll be the voice—and engine—behind our market presence.
What You'll Do:
Develop and execute a real estate-specific marketing strategy to increase listings, attract buyers, and grow our brand presence Own the full marketing funnel—lead gen, nurture, and conversion—across digital and offline channels Build standout listing marketing packages: brochures, social posts, video tours, property websites Oversee digital marketing: Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, SEO, email newsletters, and retargeting Manage CRM campaigns and automated follow-up systems (e.g., kvCORE, Follow Up Boss, etc.) Produce engaging content: neighborhood spotlights, agent bios, market updates, client stories Maintain brand standards across all collateral, signage, and communications Track KPIs and campaign ROI; continuously test, optimize, and improve Collaborate with agents and leadership to support business development goals
What You Bring:
