As we continue to grow and evolve, we're looking for an Assistant Brand Manager who is passionate and curious and ready to make an impact on a high-profile, market-leading regional brand.
What You'll Do:
This is not a "maintenance" role. You'll play a hands-on role in driving the day‑to‑day performance of the Kayem brand - supporting annual planning, innovation initiatives, and go-to-market execution across a broad portfolio. You'll collaborate closely with sales, insights, R D, finance, and agency partners—while gaining strong visibility with senior leadership and contributing to key strategic decisions. Be the consumer champion, analyzing market trends, consumer insights, and competitive dynamics to inform decision making Use syndicated data (Nielsen/IRI) and other inputs to assess performance, identify gaps, and recommend course‑correcting actions and opportunities to drive growth Lead the cross-functional team (Sales, R D, Finance, Supply Chain, Insights, and agency partners) to deliver product innovation, product renovation, and high impact promotional events Help manage integrated marketing initiatives, including advertising, promotions, and retail programs Support the development and execution of annual brand plans and long-term growth strategies
Who You Are:
Someone who is ready to step up, move fast, take ownership, and see the impact of your work quickly. 2+ years minimum of relevant experience, CPG industry experience is preferred BA/BS required, marketing focus and/or MBA preferred Passion for uncovering consumer needs and insights to drive growth and brand mission Demonstrated leadership ability, analytical skills, presentations skills, and creativity Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and influence effectively Ability to take initiative and apply an appropriate sense of urgency to delivery results High energy and team spirit with a can-do attitude Skilled use of PowerPoint and Excel, experience with IRI/Nielsen data a plus
Salary & Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000. An employee's rate of pay within the range is determined by their qualifications, relevant experience, and demonstrated performance over time. In addition, this position offers the following benefits, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: Healthcare insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, heath savings accounts (HSA), 401(k) retirement plan with matching, life insurance, paid time off, company holidays, Education Reimbursement (eligible after 6 months of continuous employment and up to $3,000 for career development).
