Type:
full-time Robert Half's marketing & creative client within the social impact SaaS space is seeking a Program Manager for a remote contract opportunity. This is a 40-hour-per-week contract through the end of the year. Candidates must be comfortable working East Coast business hours. This role will partner closely with senior leadership to drive a portfolio of strategic, cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution. The ideal candidate brings strong program management experience, executive-level stakeholder management skills, and the ability to keep complex projects on track in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of strategic, enterprise-level initiatives from planning through execution. Partner with senior leadership to establish project scope, priorities, timelines, resource needs, and implementation plans. Develop and maintain project plans, milestone trackers, status reports, budgets, and execution roadmaps. Drive accountability across stakeholders by tracking deliverables, approvals, action items, and key decisions. Facilitate leadership meetings, project working sessions, and executive discussions while documenting next steps and ensuring follow-through. Serve as the primary point of coordination between leadership and cross-functional teams. Translate strategic direction into actionable project plans and operational workflows. Monitor project risks, dependencies, and competing priorities while proactively identifying solutions. Support strategic planning, research initiatives, and organizational projects requiring executive review and alignment. Develop and enhance project management tools, reporting frameworks, and operational processes. Prepare and manage highly confidential materials and communications related to workforce planning, organizational initiatives, and other sensitive business matters. Provide regular project updates to leadership, highlighting progress, risks, dependencies, and items requiring decisions.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Strategic Operations, Business Operations, or a related function. Proven track record leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution. Strong executive presence with experience working directly with senior leaders and executive stakeholders. Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills. Demonstrated ability to drive project momentum, maintain accountability, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong planning, organization, prioritization, and problem-solving capabilities. Experience facilitating meetings, workshops, leadership discussions, and decision-making sessions. Ability to navigate ambiguity and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience handling sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Airtable, or similar platforms is preferred. Experience within technology, SaaS, digital-first organizations, consulting, agency environments, or strategic operations teams is a plus.
