Our client is seeking a Senior Manager of Brand Activation to lead high-impact, integrated brand initiatives across events, PR, influencer marketing, and social. This role will play a critical role in shaping brand presence through experiential campaigns, cultural moments, and strategic partnerships, while overseeing social direction and collaborating closely with creative, ecommerce, and retail partners. This position is ideal for a hands-on brand activation leader who thrives at the intersection of culture, storytelling, and execution, and who is ready to help elevate a growing brand's external presence. Key Responsibilities- Lead integrated brand activations across PR, social, influencer, and experiential events
- Own and execute tentpole campaigns, experiential moments, and retailer activations
- Drive influencer and creator strategy, including partnerships, seeding programs, and amplification
- Partner with PR agencies to deliver earned media, brand buzz, and cultural relevance
- Oversee social content direction to increase engagement, consistency, and impact
- Identify cultural trends and reactive opportunities to keep the brand timely and visible
- Oversee the launch and ongoing management of TikTok Shop amplification and creator networks
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Ecommerce, and Retail teams to bring campaigns to life
- Develop activation toolkits to support product launches, retail moments, and brand campaigns
- Track and report on performance metrics including engagement, EMV, press coverage, and traffic
- Manage external partners including agencies, creators, event vendors, and production partners
- Provide leadership and oversight for brand activation initiatives while allowing clear differentiation from social-focused roles on the team Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience leading integrated brand or marketing activations
- Proven ability to execute high-impact campaigns across events, influencers, social, and PR
- Strong understanding of cultural marketing, experiential strategy, and brand storytelling
- Experience partnering with agencies and managing multiple external vendors
- Data-driven mindset with comfort analyzing KPIs and outcomes across channels
- Collaborative leadership style with experience working cross-functionally
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution
