This position plays a key role in promoting our brand, generating leads, strengthening relationships within the community, and supporting our sales and customer service efforts. The ideal candidate is a people-oriented professional who enjoys networking, marketing, social media management, and community outreach. This individual will help increase brand awareness, attract new customers, maintain positive client relationships, and support the company's growth throughout Massachusetts and surrounding areas. Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote roofing, siding, gutter, remodeling, and exterior construction services. Manage and create content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital marketing channels. Respond to inquiries generated through social media, websites, advertising campaigns, and community events. Coordinate community outreach initiatives, networking opportunities, trade shows, local events, and homeowner education programs. Assist with lead generation efforts by identifying and contacting homeowners, property managers, real estate professionals, and general contractors. Support the sales team by scheduling appointments, maintaining customer databases, and following up with prospective clients. Maintain and improve the company's online reputation by encouraging customer reviews and managing online engagement. Prepare marketing materials including flyers, brochures, email campaigns, presentations, and promotional content. Track marketing performance, lead generation results, and campaign effectiveness. Assist with customer communications and ensure a positive experience throughout the sales and project process. Collaborate with management to develop strategies for expanding market presence and increasing revenue. Qualifications Previous experience in marketing, customer service, sales, business development, community relations, or a related field. Strong communication skills in English. Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred. Experience managing social media accounts and creating engaging content. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and marketing platforms. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills. Experience in construction, home improvement, roofing, remodeling, real estate, or related industries is a plus.
