Job Description

Position OverviewWe are seeking a strategic, data-driven Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing programs that drive brand awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth. This role owns marketing strategy and market research initiatives, coordinates cross-channel campaigns, measures performance, and continually optimizes tactics to improve acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and own the overall marketing strategy aligned to company objectives, target segments and product roadmap.

Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to uncover customer insights, market opportunities and inform positioning and messaging.

Plan, execute and optimize multi-channel campaigns (digital paid, SEO/SEM, social, email, content, events) to generate leads and support pipeline growth.

Manage marketing automation and lead nurturing programs (HubSpot or equivalent) to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Oversee content strategy and production, including copywriting, blog and whitepapers, video, creative assets and landing pages to support demand and inbound marketing.

Execute SEO and SEM strategies including keyword research, on-page optimization, paid search (Google Ads), and budget optimization for PPC campaigns.

Run paid social campaigns (Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, programmatic/display) and manage paid media vendors and performance targets.

Lead A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) across landing pages, emails and ad creatives to improve campaign ROI.Set up and maintain analytics, tracking and attribution (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, UTMs) and deliver regular performance reporting to stakeholders.

Manage marketing budget, forecasting, vendor relationships and campaign P&L to ensure efficient spend and measurable outcomes.

Collaborate with product, sales, design and customer success to align go-to-market plans, product launches, and customer segmentation strategies.

Coach and manage cross-functional or direct-report marketing team members and external agencies; coordinate stakeholders and prioritize work in an agile environment.
QualificationsRequired:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent experience; 5+ years experience in B2B or B2C marketing with demonstrable impact on acquisition and revenue. Strong experience in Marketing Strategy and Market Research is essential. Proven ability to develop go-to-market plans, create and optimize campaigns, and measure results. Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot), digital marketing tactics (SEO, SEM/Google Ads, PPC), social media and paid social (Facebook/Instagram Ads), email marketing, content strategy, copywriting, and content management systems (WordPress, Drupal). Familiarity with analytics and tagging (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager), SEO tools (Moz, SEMrush, Ahrefs), A/B testing, CRO, UX/UI principles, video production and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere) is a strong plus.

Additional preferred technical skills: experience with attribution modeling, customer segmentation, SQL or Tableau/BI tools, Excel for budgeting and reporting, programmatic & display advertising, retargeting, affiliate and performance marketing, mobile marketing/ASO, influencer and PR campaigns, and basic front-end knowledge (HTML/CSS, basic JavaScript).
