Job Description

We're seeking a Brand Manager to driving brand growth and market performance through strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and execution of key marketing initiatives. This role supports the core business while contributing to innovation and expansion efforts, with a strong focus on packaging execution, agency management, and financial performance. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end packaging execution, including development, timelines, and coordination with internal teams and external agencies Manage relationships with creative, media, and digital agencies, ensuring alignment on brand strategy, deliverables, and performance expectations Support and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including digital marketing initiatives across various channels Analyze and support P&L performance, including forecasting, budgeting, and identifying opportunities to improve profitability Contribute to development and optimization of price-pack architecture to drive revenue growth and market competitiveness Maintain and optimize the core product portfolio, ensuring consistent performance and brand positioning Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support product innovation and new launches Assist in scaling product lines by identifying growth opportunities, improving market penetration, and enhancing brand visibility Track, analyze, and report on brand performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field 4-6 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles Experience managing external agencies and leading cross-functional projects Exposure to digital marketing channels and campaign execution Strong understanding of financial met rics , including P&L and pricing strategies Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
