We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant & Brand Operations Manager who will work directly with the President to help drive business growth, operational excellence, brand visibility, and strategic initiatives. Position Overview This is not a traditional Assistant role. We are looking for a proactive, highly organized professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats, solving problems, and helping bring ideas to life. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, appointments, travel arrangements, and executive correspondence.
  • Coordinate projects, vendors, partners, and business opportunities.
  • Maintain CRM systems and track follow-up activities.
  • Assist with proposal, contract, and administrative processes.
  • Manage social media content planning, scheduling, and engagement.
  • Create and edit content using Canva, AI tools, and digital platforms.
  • Support website updates, email marketing, and brand visibility initiatives.
  • Coordinate workshops, speaking engagements, networking events, and community activities. Qualifications
  • 3+ years of executive support, operations, Project Management, or marketing experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with Canva and Social Media management.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and initiative. Preferred Skills

  • Entrepreneurial Support Experience Personal Characteristics Highly organized, detail-oriented, trustworthy, resourceful, proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable working independently while managing multiple priorities.
