About the Opportunity Our client is seeking a strategic, data-driven Marketing Director to lead and execute enterprise-wide marketing initiatives while supporting a nationwide network of independently owned business locations. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a proactive marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-location environment and enjoys building strategies that drive measurable business growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the company's overall marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team while fostering accountability and continuous improvement. Support a nationwide network of franchise/business owners with local marketing initiatives, campaign execution, and best practices. Analyze marketing performance, customer data, and industry trends to optimize ROI and improve decision-making. Oversee brand management and ensure consistent messaging across all channels. Manage digital marketing initiatives including website, SEO, paid media, email marketing, and social media strategy. Develop annual marketing plans, budgets, and forecasting. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 7+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including experience leading teams. Previous franchise marketing experience is required. Demonstrated success developing marketing strategies for organizations with multiple locations or distributed business models. Strong analytical mindset with experience using marketing data to drive decisions. Experience managing marketing budgets and measuring campaign performance. Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Preferred Experience Experience supporting owner-operated or independently managed locations. Background in consumer services environments. Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and digital analytics platforms.
