Job Description

Are you ready to set the pace for immuno-oncology marketing that changes how clinicians see and use breakthrough science? In this role, you will lead personal promotion for a priority indication and orchestrate HCP engagement across channels to reshape the US market. You will translate scientific leadership into compelling, compliant campaigns that differentiate our brand, accelerate appropriate adoption, and ultimately benefit patients. You will partner closely with cross-functional colleagues and agencies to build new capabilities, move fast on insights, and deliver work that stands up to rigorous standards. Based at our Gaithersburg, MD campus, you will report to the Head of Marketing and work within an agile, collaborative environment where diverse perspectives fuel bold ideas and rapid learning.
Accountabilities:
HCP Promotion Leadership:
Lead personal, and peer-to-peer HCP marketing strategies in the US to differentiate the brand and drive appropriate utilization in a competitive IO landscape.
Orchestrated Campaigns:
Shape branded and unbranded HCP initiatives and ensure coordinated execution across channels and functions to educate, activate, and reinforce value.
Field Insight Integration:
Engage with field teams to capture local insights and convert them into targeted messaging, tools, and resources with measurable business impact.
Agency and Budget Stewardship:
Manage agency partners, workflows, and budgets (POs, invoices) to deliver on-time, on-budget programs that raise quality and speed.
Cross-Indication Alignment:
Collaborate with peer indication leads to improve strategic coherence and executional pull-through across the portfolio.
Compliance Excellence:
Partner with medical, legal, regulatory, and compliance teams to develop and complete initiatives that meet all standards without compromising effectiveness.
Capability Building and Innovation:
Identify, evaluate, and adopt new partnerships and technologies; build new capabilities essential for sustained brand success.
Essential Skills/Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field Two or more years' experience in pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry with experience in one or more of the following: managed markets, brand marketing, sales, market research/analytics, business planning, sales training High emotional intelligence with a collaborative, inclusive approach that drives team success Experience building and integrating new capabilities that are relevant for brand success Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex constructs Outstanding project management skills and experience handling multiple vendors, marketing partners, agency partners and budgets Ability to effectively manage multiple contending priorities and projects Strong understanding of legal and regulatory environment in pharmaceutical promotions, pharma industry guidelines, and other compliance-related issues Experience working closely with field sales organizations to implement sales or marketing programs with measurable business impact Ability to lead without authority High capability at working collaboratively, thinking strategically and operating effectively in a rapidly evolving and competitive market place High ethical standards and personal integrity
Desirable Skills/Experience:
MBA or other advanced degree in relevant field Oncology or specialty care experience Experience across multiple promotional channels (Personal, Non-Personal and Digital, Peer to Peer) Product launch experience Customer facing experience Experience with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) regulations, reviews and processes Prior in-line HCP marketing experience When we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines.
