About the
Role:
We're looking for aProduct Marketing Managerwho can drive strategic go-to-market initiatives, lead cross-functional alignment, and define how Dragos positions itself in the market.

You'llbe a senior voice in shaping our narrative,owning key segments, mentoring teammates, and partnering directly with Product andsalesleadership to influence the roadmapandGTM execution. Ifyou'rea seasoned PMM who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution,and you want to apply thatexpertiseto protecting critical infrastructure from nation-state adversaries,this is your opportunity to do the most important work of your career.
Responsibilities:
Leadthe development of market segmentation, ICP definitions, andframeworks that align the entire GTM organization around a clear, winning strategy. Drive launches for major product releases and strategic initiatives, ensuring flawless cross-functional execution and measurable business impact. Build and oversee the development of world-class salesand partnerenablement programs, from persona-based messaging guides to competitive intelligence systems that make every rep a stronger seller. Work with analyst relations, PR, and content teams to influence how Dragos is perceived in the market-frombriefings to industry reports and thought leadership platforms. Serve as a key driver toestablishingrepeatable frameworks andprocesses andraising the overall quality and impact of the function.
Qualifications:
8+years in product marketing withdemonstratedownershipand executionof positioning, launches, and GTM strategy. Deep experience in B2B enterprise technology; cybersecurity or OT/ICS experience strongly preferred. Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functionalprojects and influence without direct authority. Track record of developing messaging and content that drives measurable pipeline and revenue impact. Experience presenting to and influencing senior executives, analysts, and customers. Strong analytical mindset: you use data to prioritize, measure success, and continually improve. Experience mentoring or managing other PMMs is a plus.
