Job Description
Overview Soltesz is seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Marketing Manager to lead and elevate our marketing efforts across the firm. This role serves as a key partner to leadership-bringing strong proposal management, brand stewardship, and creative direction to support business development and growth. The ideal candidate is both a strategist and doer-capable of managing multiple priorities, driving high-quality deliverables, and collaborating effectively with technical teams across the organization. Key Responsibilities Serve as a trusted resource and advisor to leadership on marketing strategy and best practices Lead preparation of prequalifications, proposals, and presentations from kickoff through submission Coordinate with technical staff and partners to develop compelling, compliant deliverables Manage government forms (including SF 330s) and client questionnaires Develop and maintain marketing collateral (brochures, resumes, project sheets) Maintain and enhance brand standards and visual identity Oversee website content and manage social media platforms Track leads, opportunities, and pursuit progress Maintain marketing databases and ensure accurate resume/project data Support conferences, events, and presentations Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field 5+ years of marketing experience in professional services (A/E/C preferred) Experience with proposals and SF 330 submissions preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite Experience with Deltek Vision or similar CRM preferred Strong project management and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to manage multiple priorities independently Willingness to travel between office locations as needed Why Join Soltesz Opportunity to play a key role in shaping the firm s brand and growth strategy.
