Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Administrator to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a broad range of marketing support, including coordinating marketing communications, managing relationships with suppliers, and supporting various marketing initiatives such as email campaigns, trade shows and social media posts. The role requires a proactive, creative, and solutions-focused approach to support the successful planning and execution of marketing initiatives. This position is in person with no opportunity for remote work. Duties Interface with marketing suppliers including promotional item providers and print material vendors, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality marketing materials. Coordinate the production and distribution of a wide range of marketing communications and materials, including brochures, flyers, advertisements, and digital content. Provide support in areas such as internal communications, direct mail campaigns, email marketing, social media, AI tool usage, trade shows, customer communications, advertisements, and the execution of overall marketing plans. Help develop and improve presentations for both internal teams and external audiences, making sure they clearly reflect the company's brand and message. Draft content for social media posts and marketing collateral, ensuring clarity and alignment with the company's tone and goals. Serve as the company's point person for branding materials such as letterhead, logos, nameplates, business cards, and other general marketing materials, maintaining consistency in brand messaging. Provide administrative support for marketing activities, including processing purchase orders, coordinating documentation, customer visit support, expense report processing, and assisting with marketing initiatives. Skills Proven experience in marketing or administrative roles, with preference for experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, including proficiency in MS Office, AI tools, CRM software, and online analytics platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft marketing materials and presentations.
