About the Role The Brand Manager serves as the steward of the Quality Choice and CDMA brands, leading brand strategy, product positioning, customer promotions, and go-to-market initiatives that drive growth and customer engagement. This role partners closely with Sales, Purchasing, and suppliers to support product launches, pricing strategies, promotional programs, and brand development. The ideal candidate will have experience working with consumer products, private label brands, or branded product portfolios and understand how marketing initiatives support sales growth and customer retention. What You'll Do Brand Management, Product Strategy & Market Development Serve as the primary steward of the Quality Choice and CDMA brands. Develop and execute brand, pricing, and promotional strategies that drive revenue growth, customer engagement, and market share. Manage and grow the Quality Choice product portfolio through brand development, product positioning, promotional planning, and market expansion initiatives. Partner with Sales, Purchasing, and suppliers to support product launches, product lifecycle management, portfolio growth, and new product development, including packaging, graphics, labeling, and related materials. Partner closely with Sales leadership to develop customer-facing promotions, annual promotional calendars, sales programs, and customer marketing initiatives that support revenue objectives. Analyze category performance, industry trends, competitive activity, customer insights, and pricing trends to identify growth opportunities and support strategic decision-making. Recommend pricing, positioning, and promotional strategies based on market conditions and competitive analysis. Evaluate promotional effectiveness and product performance and make recommendations to improve results. Ensure consistent product positioning, messaging, and branding across all channels. Team Leadership & Collaboration Manage and provide leadership to the Marketing dept, including direct supervision of the Graphic Designer. Foster a creative, collaborative, and high-performing team environment. Work cooperatively with all departments to support organizational goals. Digital & eCommerce Marketing Maintain and update the Quality Choice website to ensure accuracy, relevance, and brand consistency. Manage and support eCommerce marketing promotions and related projects. Support digital initiatives that enhance customer engagement and online visibility including social media. Other Responsibilities Manage marketing outreach through industry trade journals and related publications to increase CDMA exposure. Represent marketing initiatives in support of company events and programs as needed. Stay current on marketing best practices, tools, and industry trends. Additional duties as assigned by the CEO. What We're Looking For Education & Experience 5-7 years of managing product brands or product portfolios. 1-2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience preferred. Experience developing customer promotions, marketing programs, and sales support initiatives. Experience supporting pricing strategies, promotional planning, and product launches. Experience collaborating directly with sales teams to drive customer growth. Experience working within consumer products, foodservice, retail, distribution, manufacturing, or private label environments strongly preferred. Understanding of B2B marketing and distributor-based sales channels. Skills & Competencies Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Publisher and Excel. Experience using Adobe Creative Suite required. Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills. Detail-oriented with a high level of professionalism and dedication to quality. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work proactively, independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels. Strong work ethic and commitment to CDMA's mission and values. Work Environment This position operates primarily in a standard office environment. Occasionally overnight travel is required (less than 10%). Full-time, exempt position. In-person attendance is required.
