ACC is the Nations number one revenue producing subcontractor for The Home Depot. We have the largest and most successful Marketing Teams throughout the country! We are seeking Highly motivated individuals that were born to LEAD!

Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

The Marketing Manager would be responsible for hiring, training and consistent coaching of the Marketing Team. Our marketing Team works within The Home Depot stores educating customers on the Cabinet Makeover ; generating leads, and setting FREE appointments for our in-home designers! Overall, the Manager is responsible for lead flow within the team working from a proven system to generate over $250K in sales per month! We already have an incredibly successful marketing Team in Grand Rapids, Michigan and Central Michigan would be able to mirror that market. All training material has been highly researched, refined and ready to be passed on to our new Market! Our Team training has been used throughout Home Depot to train other successful Marketing Teams and we are ready to expand our own! Other daily responsibilities would be team calls , checking in on employees throughout the Home Depot stores, coaching, mentoring, motivating others to be successful, lead generation, scheduling & payroll . We are extremely goal driven and pay both Managers and the Marketing Team exceptionally well. We understand that the more money that you make, the more money that the company makes! We are looking for someone that is self driven , motivated , friendly and outgoing , energized by motivating others , goal driven not only for themselves but also for their team. Enjoys problem solving and is able to use creative thinking in order to suit each individual on their team.
