Social Media and Marketing Manager

Duties Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase engagement and followers. Create, curate, and manage high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, blog posts, and promotional materials using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and Illustrator. Monitor social listening tools to track brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback; respond promptly to foster positive relationships. Implement SEO best practices and conduct keyword research to optimize content for search engines and improve organic reach. Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other social media platforms to maximize ROI. Analyze web analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance; generate reports to inform future strategies. Coordinate public relations initiatives by crafting press releases, managing media contacts, and enhancing brand reputation through strategic outreach. Oversee social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling posts, monitoring activity, and streamlining workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, design, and product development to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Stay current on industry trends in digital marketing, social media management, e-commerce integration, video editing, photography, branding, and related fields to continuously innovate our approach. Qualifications Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), video editing software, and photography techniques. Familiarity with SEO principles, Google Analytics, keyword research tools, and web analytics platforms. Hands-on experience with social listening tools and social media management applications such as Hootsuite or Buffer. Strong graphic design skills combined with creativity in content creation for diverse audiences. Knowledge of Facebook Advertising platform for developing targeted ad campaigns. Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for detail to ensure brand consistency across all content. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
