This is a active, hands-on field leadership position for an energetic manager who thrives on developing talent, establishing accountability, and hitting performance goals.

Career Advancement & Leadership Development What You'll Do:

Field Leadership:

Spend 70%+ of your time coaching, shadow-canvassing, and driving performance in the field alongside your team.

Talent Development:

Recruit, onboard, and train new canvassers on effective homeowner engagement, objection handling, and appointment booking.

Territory & Operations:

Plan, assign, and manage daily canvassing routes, schedules, and team logistics to maximize coverage.

Performance Tracking:

Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for qualified appointment setting, holding the team accountable to KPIs.

Culture & Operations:

Maintain a competitive, positive, and professional team environment while representing Great Lakes Home Remodeling with integrity.

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

2+ years of direct experience in field marketing, canvassing, door-to-door sales, or direct customer acquisition.

Leadership:

Proven track record in a Supervisor, Team Lead, or Manager role within outside marketing or sales.

Skills:

Strong communication, active coaching ability, territory mapping skills, and a competitive mindset.

Requirements:

Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record; ability to work flexible afternoon/evening hours and weekends as required by field operations.
