Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our business growth initiatives and drive revenue through innovative sales strategies and impactful marketing campaigns. Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of comprehensive sales strategies focused on outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, and technical sales to expand market reach. Manage key accounts, nurture client relationships, and identify new business opportunities through proactive business development efforts. Oversee marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, including digital campaigns, trade shows, and targeted outreach programs. Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, analyze customer data, and optimize sales pipelines for maximum efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet customer needs while ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction. Conduct negotiations with clients to close deals effectively while maintaining favorable terms for the company. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales tactics and marketing approaches continually. Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales team, fostering a culture of motivation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Skills Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, and management within a technology or industrial sector. Strong background in marketing strategies combined with technical sales expertise. Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer data and sales processes. Demonstrated ability in business development, account management, and analysis skills to identify growth opportunities. Leadership qualities that inspire teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional customer service skills with an emphasis on understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
