Recruitment, Selection & Training:
Support the staffing process from onboarding, ongoing training, and supervision Ability to address conflict and challenges within the public in a meaningful manner Provide 1-1 ongoing mentoring to Housing Ambassador Assistants Serve as a frontline approver for events and outreach activities to be submitted to one's supervisor.Management:
Hold office hours in the student staff lead's dedicated area Create positive experiences through networking events, marketing initiatives, and programming Promote the office through identified clothing, tabling, presentations, and hosting events on and off campus Participate in department and college events with Residence Life Professional Staff Collect feedback, both quantitative and qualitative, to support departmental changes Post creative and engaging content on social media to build awareness around the on-campus living experience Follow up with individual residents and groups with on-campus living concerns Collaborate with the Hall Council, Residence Hall Association, Residence Life Advisory Committee, and other identified entities to enhance the residential experience.Marketing & Communications:
