This is an individual contributor role focused on getting work done, creating content, running campaigns, managing assets, and keeping programs moving. You'll work closely with Sales, Customer Success, product management and partner strategy groups to support pipeline and customer engagement. If you enjoy a mix of content creation, campaign execution, list management, design, and reporting, and you like working in a well-run marketing environment, this role is a fit. What You'll Do Demand Generation & Campaigns
- Build and execute marketing campaigns from brief through deployment
- Pull and segment lists for email and outbound campaigns
- Support lead scoring and ensure clean lead handoff to Sales
- Track campaign performance and surface key learnings Outbound & Sales Support
- Build and enrich target account lists for marketing (ZoomInfo)
- Assist in writing/editing outbound email sequences
- Sit with sales to align on campaign focus
- Create sales enablement assets (one-pagers, case studies, battle cards) Website & SEO
- Manage day-to-day website updates and content publishing
- Implement SEO/AEO recommendations from Hubspot
- Work with the web developer on any updates requiring technical expertise outside of marketing scope
- Content & Creative
- Write and produce content across the funnel (blogs, white papers, and sell sheets)
- Design marketing assets using Canva and Adobe tools Email Marketing
- Set up and manage all marketing email campaigns directly in HubSpot
- Ensure email programs align with overall demand generation goals Social & Paid
- Manage social media contractor, feeding content as necessary and reviewing content calendar to ensure it aligns with the plan
- Review Google Ads reporting and recommendations with the agency, ensure recommendations are accurate and spend stays within the agreed budget, and flag any needed adjustments Events
- Source and coordinate non-partner speaking opportunities (podcasts, webinars, conferences)
- Handle all event logistics for non-partner events
- Manage pre and post-event follow-up and lead distribution Customer Marketing
- Run the customer referral program and track performance
- Manage the customer holiday gifting program
- Manage quarterly customer newsletters and webinars
- Assist with upsell campaign execution Analytics & Reporting
- Maintain marketing dashboards and reports
- Track marketing spend against budget
- Prepare performance updates for leadership What You Bring
- 4-6 years of marketing experience with a strong generalist background working heavily with sales
- Proven ability to execute across content, demand gen, and digital channels
- Strong writing and copywriting skills
- Proficient in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
- Comfortable working in CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot)
- Organized and self-directed, able to manage multiple workstreams with minimal oversight
- Experience working cross-functionally with GTM teams
