For more than 25 years, we have developed distinctive products for consumers, dealers, and retail partners across wholesale, retail, and e-commerce channels. As our online business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Marketplace Manager to expand our presence and profitability across major third-party marketplaces. Job Description We are looking for an experienced, hands-on, and results-driven Ecommerce Marketplace Manager to manage and grow our third-party sales channels, including Amazon, Walmart, Target, eBay, Faire, and other online marketplaces. This position will oversee marketplace strategy, advertising, product listings, pricing, promotions, inventory planning, account health, reporting, and profitable sales growth. Proven track record required. Candidates should be prepared to provide specific examples of marketplace revenue growth, advertising improvement, successful product launches, profitability gains, catalog expansion, or account-health recovery. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies that increase sales, market share, and profitability across Amazon, Walmart, Target, eBay, and other third-party marketplaces. Manage daily marketplace operations through Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central, Walmart Seller Center, Target Plus or Target.com, eBay, and other assigned platforms. Plan, manage, and optimize Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, PPC, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and other retail media campaigns. Optimize product titles, bullets, descriptions, keywords, images, videos, A+ Content, Enhanced Brand Content, Brand Stores, and category placement to improve visibility and conversion. Monitor sales, traffic, conversion, ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, gross margin, contribution profit, fees, returns, and other marketplace KPIs. Manage pricing, promotions, coupons, deals, seasonal events, Buy Box performance, and competitive activity. Maintain accurate marketplace catalogs and resolve listing suppressions, variation issues, duplicate listings, feed errors, content conflicts, and compliance concerns. Partner with purchasing, operations, and warehouse teams on forecasting, replenishment, FBA, WFS, merchant fulfillment, stranded inventory, aged inventory, and in-stock performance. Develop and execute new-product launch plans, including keyword research, content, inventory, advertising, promotions, and post-launch analysis. Monitor account health, customer reviews, returns, cancellations, chargebacks, claims, policy compliance, unauthorized sellers, and brand-protection issues. Create weekly and monthly reports that communicate performance, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions to leadership. Collaborate with marketing, creative, sales, product development, customer service, accounting, purchasing, warehouse, and IT teams. Manage or support product feeds and channel integrations using Shopify, Rithum/ChannelAdvisor, Shopify Marketplace Connect, ERP systems, and other marketplace tools. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, Analytics, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will also be considered. Four or more years of hands-on e-commerce marketplace management experience, including direct responsibility for Amazon Seller Central or Amazon Vendor Central. Proven track record of delivering measurable sales growth, improved advertising performance, stronger profitability, successful product launches, or marketplace operational improvements. Experience managing a meaningful product catalog and a high-volume marketplace business across Amazon, Walmart, Target, eBay, or similar online retail platforms. Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Ads, FBA, Brand Registry, A+ Content, Buy Box, catalog management, marketplace SEO, and policy compliance. Experience with Walmart Marketplace, Walmart Seller Center, Walmart Connect, WFS, Target Plus, Target.com, eBay, or comparable marketplaces. Strong understanding of PPC advertising, retail media, SEO, keyword research, conversion-rate optimization, pricing, promotions, and digital merchandising. Ability to analyze marketplace P&L, contribution margin, advertising efficiency, inventory, fees, returns, and profitability by channel and SKU. Proficiency with Rithum/ChannelAdvisor, Shopify Marketplace Connect, Shopify, CommerceHub, or similar marketplace-management tools. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, data cleaning, trend analysis, and reporting; working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, project-management, and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while moving between strategy and hands-on execution. Experience with ERP, OMS, or integration systems such as Odoo, NetSuite, or comparable platforms is a plus. Experience with outdoor products, sporting goods, home decor, gifts, novelty products, or another SKU-intensive consumer-products category is preferred How to Apply If you are passionate about e-commerce and have a proven record of growing and improving third-party marketplace businesses, we would like to hear from you.
