The Senior Director, Demand & Field Marketing will play a lead role in driving full-funnel multi-channel marketing campaigns to strengthen brand position, engage target audiences, acquire prospects and grow customers through measurable marketing activities. You will design, execute, and scale omnichannel demand generation strategies, built on AI-first foundation that captures the attention of various target audiences, nurtures through the buyer's journey, and converts into a high-quality sales pipeline. You will lead a multifaceted team of campaign managers and marketing specialists, partnering across various marketing teams, sales and business leadership to deliver impactful go-to-market campaigns. This role will own and operate campaign management, account-based marketing, marketing events (e.g. trade shows and webinars) and leverage marketing technology, data & insights to deliver commercial impact aligned to business objectives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, collaborator and process builder who scales and aligns marketing effectiveness with a tech-savvy and data-driven approach.
What You'll Do:
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
Own the full-funnel marketing strategy, integrating AI-driven insights to optimize demand creation, pipeline velocity, MQL-to-SQL conversion, and campaign ROI. Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Build and scale a strategic account program and tiered GTM approach, utilizing intent data and personalized, multi-touch campaigns to drive penetration within high-value enterprise accounts.
Sales Enablement & Alignment:
Serve as the primary marketing partner to Sales leadership. Establish clear SLAs for lead handoff, foster 'Smarketing' collaboration, and equip the team with the tools (e.g., Seismic, Demandbase) to turn leads into relationships.
Field Marketing & Events:
Direct the strategy, budget, and resources for our trade show and webinar portfolio. Implement a tier-based operating model to ensure high-impact engagements at scale.
Marketing Operations & Reporting:
Partner with marketing data, insights and technology teams to optimize the martech stack (e.g., Salesforce, Demandbase). Ensure clean data hygiene, accurate attribution, and scalable processes
Marketing Events:
Direct strategy, budget and resources for trade show and webinars across multiple lines of business leading team in execution
Team Leadership:
Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of data-driven experimentation and continuous improvement.
What experience you need:
BA/BS degree; MBA preferred 7+ years marketing experience, with 3+ years leading B2B marketing teams What experience could set you apart: Experience leading cross-functional teams in an enterprise, matrixed organization. Proven ability to translate complex data into executive-level reporting focusing on pipeline momentum and ROI. Experience developing and operationalizing AI marketing workflows.
