This role ensures high-impact brand presence through events while also supporting dealer engagement and adoption of the Dealer Marketing Program (DMP). The individual will manage all aspects of event strategy and logistics, while also collaborating with Sales and Marketing to drive dealer participation, improve utilization of marketing resources, and expand the dealer network.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of experience in marketing, event planning, or B2B marketing (technology industry preferred). Proven experience planning and executing tradeshows or large-scale events. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, CRM systems, Zoom/webinar platforms a plus. Strong organizational, negotiation, and project management skills. Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively. Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed. Ability to maintain confidentially.Typical Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and execute national, regional, and vertical tradeshows within budget. Oversee on-site execution of major industry events (e.g., ISC West, GSX), ensuring a high-quality brand presence. Coordinate booth logistics including installation and dismantle. Maintain, organize, and oversee the care and inventory of tradeshow assets and equipment. Develop and manage tradeshow budgets, track expenses, and process invoices. Measure and report on tradeshow and event performance metrics on a regular basis. Collaborate with internal teams to align event messaging, product promotion, and campaign objectives. Identify gaps in dealer participation and support strategies to improve dealer engagement with Dealer Marketing Program (DMP) tools, resources, and services. Plan and execute marketing webinars, virtual events, online presentations, communication strategies to drive dealer adoption and usage. Collaborate with Sales to onboard and educate new dealers on marketing programs and available resources. Help create and maintain dealer-facing marketing materials, including customizable collateral, email content, and digital assets. Observes company policies. Continuously strives to find processes that create improved efficiency while maintaining conformance to requirements. Observes and adheres to DMP Data Classification Standard. May perform related duties or fill in for others in the department or other departments when requested. May train or instruct fellow workers regarding own duties. Contributes to team effort by performing other duties as assigned. Job duties are subject to change as directed by management.
