Marketing Manager Luxury Resort | Bozeman, Montana (occasional travel to the resort property required)
Compensation Base Salary:
$90,000 / year
Housing Allowance:
$1,000 / month
Relocation Assistance:
$3,000 Role Overview Partners with the Director of Marketing & Communications to lead branded and property-specific marketing for a luxury resort — campaign strategy, media buying, content, and guest-facing brand materials — balancing daily execution with longer-term planning. Key Deliverables Campaign strategy & execution — multichannel B2C/B2B campaigns across paid and owned channels, from strategy through performance analysis Media planning & buying — digital, print, and social advertising; SEO/SEM and paid social alongside the global commercial team Content & storytelling — own the content calendar and produce assets for web, email, and social Photo/video & collateral — plan resort shoots; produce sales materials, brochures, and guest-facing collateral Brand stewardship — enforce global brand standards across all creative and on-property activations Agency & budget management — manage agency/vendor relationships and marketing budget across F&B, wellness, weddings, and events Required Qualifications Proven track record executing marketing campaigns; pre-opening experience a plus Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, XD, Illustrator, Photoshop) Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising Familiarity with content management systems Strong analytical, data-driven approach to campaign performance Excellent communication skills; able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines Client identity withheld pending mutual candidate interest.
