Job Overview:
The Compression Systems & Services (CSS) business unit has an opportunity for a Services Product Marketing Manager. This role will report to the Services Sales Enablement Leader and is based in Davidson, NC. The Services Product Marketing Manager will drive services growth through our Direct and Distribution channel partners by creating channel awareness and of our offerings through effective marketing strategies while providing the sales teams with the tools and capabilities to increase their effectiveness in the marketplace. This role will partner closely with two Channel Marketing managers channel while working cross-functionally to help attach to 100% of our customers for life.
Responsibilities:
Content Development & Sales Enablement o Develop and deploy Services Sales Enablement tools and trainings designed to aid our sales professional's effectiveness and capability o Promote our array of Services programs by creating compelling content in a variety of media to provide our channels with compelling messages to deliver o Provide daily pre-sales support to channel sales and service personnel to include product application, selling strategies and market intelligence Pricing Strategy and Analysis o Analyze and rationalize pricing across the product portfolios to ensure alignment with business objectives and profitability targets o Conduct competitive pricing research to benchmark offerings against key competitors and market trends o Evaluate pricing performance and recommend adjustments based on customer feedback, market dynamics, and product performance. Inventory Strategy and Analysis o Conduct inventory and sales analysis to provide monthly forecasting of aftermarket parts and system components. o Partner with cross-functional teams to lead inventory strategy for Product Development o Monitor sales trends to ensure product availability and optimized stock levels.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in sales of marketing, operations, industrial sales or marketing

Preferences:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or engineering Master's degree preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Office with strong analytical skills. Understands the commercial aspect when interfacing with customers to deliver a solution to meet their needs. Experience with B2B or channel distribution preferred Experience with Sales Force and/or other online platforms Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements
