Responsibilities:
Drive profitable growth by developing new business opportunities and expanding relationships with existing customers across target markets. Identify market trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities to create differentiated value propositions and strategic growth initiatives. Build strong partnerships with customers and prospects, positioning Freudenberg as a trusted provider of innovative solutions. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product development, operations, and other Freudenberg businesses to execute growth strategies. Lead business development and demand generation activities, including customer visits, trade shows, presentations, and industry engagement. Manage pipeline performance, forecasting, and budgeting while ensuring compliance with HSE&S requirements and company policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred. 3-5 years of sales, business development, and account management experience Proven ability to drive profitable business growth by identifying, developing, and securing new B2B opportunities Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse cultures. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other business technologies, with strong business acumen, organizational skills, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
