Marketing Designer Strawbridge Studios, Inc. | Durham, NC Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Starting at $18/hour Design With Purpose. Create With Impact. At Strawbridge Studios, we don't just design marketing materials — we help schools and families preserve memories that last a lifetime. We're looking for a creative, driven Marketing Designer who wants more than just production work. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves seeing their work out in the real world, and is excited to grow alongside a company that's evolving and expanding. If you're detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and passionate about bringing ideas to life — we want to meet you. What You'll Do Design compelling marketing, advertising, and sales materials (print + digital) Support campaigns that reach schools, families, and field representatives Manage and update our WordPress website Generate and analyze Google Analytics reports Contribute creative ideas to improve brand presence and customer engagement Collaborate across departments including Sales, Customer Service, IT, and Production Your work won't sit in a folder — it will be seen, used, and felt. What We're Looking For Associate's degree (or higher) in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field 1-2 years of professional or internship experience in design (print + web) Experience with Google Analytics and SEO Strong portfolio showcasing multi-platform creative work Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines A positive, professional attitude with strong communication skills Preferred but not Required Videography or video editing (Premiere Pro) Photography experience WordPress design experience Illustration skills A growth mindset and desire to take ownership of projects Why Strawbridge?
