Job Description

A growing, multi-unit organization in Kinston, NC is seeking a strategic and creative Senior Marketing Manager/Brand Manager to lead and execute company-wide marketing efforts across multiple brands and business lines. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional with at least five (5) years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is equally comfortable driving high-level strategy and executing tactical, hands-on work. This position requires exceptional organization, as the manager will handle administrative documentation, data entry for marketing metrics, and active participation/presence at local events . The ideal candidate brings robust experience in social media management, digital campaigns, branding, media buying, and event logistics.
Primary Responsibilities:
Strategy & Alignment:
Plan and execute comprehensive marketing and branding strategies; collaborate with executive leadership to align initiatives with overall business objectives.
Documentation & Data Entry:
Maintain organized marketing records, enter and track campaign metrics, manage vendor documentation, and provide regular analytical reports on marketing performance.
Local Event Participation:
Actively coordinate and participate in local community and company events. This includes sourcing promotional materials, scheduling marketing campaigns, and providing energetic onsite or remote support (may include occasional overnight travel).
Digital & Social Media:
Develop, manage, and optimize the company's social media presence (including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok) and digital marketing campaigns.
Brand Consistency:
Ensure cohesive brand messaging and visual identity across all communication platforms and marketing touchpoints.
Asset Creation & Media:
Oversee the creation and distribution of advertisements, promotional materials, and digital assets; manage media buying and build relationships with local media outlets and vendors.
Analytics & Budgeting:
Manage marketing budgets for optimal resource allocation; conduct market analysis to identify trends and monitor customer engagement to refine outreach.
Team Leadership:
Provide guidance, mentorship, or supervision to junior marketing staff, as applicable.
