Job Description

Description Position Summary Pfeiffer University seeks a collaborative and creative Admissions Marketing Manager to support its mission of preparing servant leaders for lifelong learning. This position plays a vital role in advancing undergraduate and graduate enrollment by developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that attract, engage, and convert prospective students. Working at the intersection of Admissions and Marketing, the Admissions Marketing Manager will help communicate Pfeiffer's distinctive value-personalized education, strong faculty mentorship, and a supportive campus community-through compelling, data-informed campaigns.
Responsibilities:
A. Enrollment Marketing Strategy
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans that support enrollment goals across undergraduate, graduate, and adult programs.
  • Collaborate closely with Admissions leadership to align messaging, recruitment strategies, and outreach efforts.
  • Ensure consistent articulation of Pfeiffer's mission, values, and student experience across all channels. B. Content & Storytelling
  • Create engaging, student-centered content for email, web, social media, print, and digital advertising.
  • Highlight Pfeiffer's academic programs, student success stories, campus life, and outcomes.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice that reflects the university's commitment to service, leadership, and community. C. Digital Marketing & CRM Management
  • Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns, drip communication flows, and audience segmentation.
  • Utilize CRM systems to support lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
  • Partner with Marketing to update and optimize admissions web pages and landing pages. D. Enrollment Funnel support
  • Support prospective students throughout the enrollment journey-from inquiry to deposit.
  • Work with admissions counselors to deliver personalized and timely communications.
  • Analyze funnel performance and recommend improvements to increase application and yield rates. E. Events & Recruitment
  • Promote campus visits, open houses, and virtual events through targeted campaigns.
  • Collaborate with campus partners to ensure a seamless and welcoming experience for prospective students and families.
  • Assist in marketing materials and communications tied to recruitment, travel, and outreach.
  • Occasionally assist in covering fairs and school visits as needed. F. Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, lead generation, and enrollment metrics.
  • Use data insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.
  • Stay informed on higher education marketing trends and prospective student behavior.
This is a full-time position.

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, admissions, or enrollment management.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in higher education or enrollment marketing
  • Familiarity with small, private university environments
  • Knowledge of digital advertising, SEO/SEM, and content strategy
  • Experience with Element451 CRM
