has an exciting opportunity for a- Manager Special Markets
- in Winston - Salem, NC.
- The Manager - Special Markets will manage Order-To Cash (OTC) processes for Special Markets, including Overseas Military, U.
- Your key responsibilities will include:
- + Manage Markets and Customer Accounts, as assigned, through the OTC processes to ensure order fulfillment, delivery exception resolution and any credit issuances.
U.S. CBP EEI
filing, ensuring all are compliant with U.S. Government regulations. + Maintain a strong working relationship with the Tax Department, RJR Logistics, warehouses and Special Markets - Field Trade Marketing. + Assist Lead Manager with system testing for pricing updates as well as all IT process changes for SAP and Order Direct as required. + Manage freight payments and submissions for duty-free shipments. + Communicate any delays or lost shipments to customers.- What are we looking for?
- + Exceptional attention to detail + SAP and/or logistics experience required + Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to collaborate effectively across diverse cultures and global teams + Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills + Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively on a small team + Willingness to challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement + Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent required.
