Job Description
What You'll Expect As the Marketing & Sales Manager, you'll design and execute marketing, sales, and promotional strategies to grow revenue, increase brand awareness, and drive group bookings. You'll oversee events, advertising, entertainment, and loyalty programs while building relationships with clients and partners. What You'll Do Plan and manage casino promotions, events, giveaways, drawings, entertainment, and loyalty programs Oversee logistics, compliance, and smooth execution of all marketing and promotional activities Manage advertising campaigns across digital, print, radio, and outdoor media Supervise creative production and distribution of marketing materials Manage the property's online and social media presence Build vendor and partner relationships to enhance promotional efforts Identify and close group sales opportunities and negotiate contracts Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with business strategies What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or related field preferred Experience in promotions, events, sales, or advertising, ideally in a casino or hospitality setting Strong computer skills in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative abilities Creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to meet tight deadlines Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays What We Require Ability to obtain and maintain a Gaming license Must be able to stand for long periods and work in environments with secondhand smoke, loud noise, and varied conditions
