Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here Specialty Market Manager We are seeking an experienced Specialty Market Manager to lead the daily operations of a growing specialty market and deli. The ideal candidate is passionate about high-quality food, exceptional customer service, and developing a strong team. Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of up to 20 employees . Deliver exceptional, guest-focused customer service. Oversee proper portioning of cheese, meats, deli items, and prepared foods . Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing market and deli. Coordinate and execute large catering orders . Monitor inventory and communicate product pars to the Executive Chef . Oversee product quality, merchandising, food safety, and daily operations. Manage scheduling, training, labor, and overall team performance. Qualifications Management experience in a specialty market, deli, grocery, restaurant, or similar food-service environment. Passion for specialty food products , including cheese, charcuterie, and prepared foods. Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills. Experience with portion control, inventory, and catering preferred. Hands-on leadership style with strong attention to detail.
