Pre-Owned Automotive Sales Manager - Luxury BMW Brand Rare Career Opportunity | Luxury Automotive Leadership | BMW Experience Preferred Are you a high-performing automotive sales leader with a passion for luxury vehicles and a proven track record of driving pre-owned sales success? A rare opportunity is available to join a premier BMW dealership as a Pre-Owned Automotive Sales Manager . We are seeking an experienced leader who can maximize inventory performance, develop a high-performing sales team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving profitability and growth. Responsibilities Lead and manage all pre-owned vehicle sales operations Drive sales volume, gross profit, and inventory turn objectives Develop and coach sales consultants to achieve peak performance Oversee vehicle acquisition, pricing, merchandising, and inventory management Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to remain competitive Ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer standards Foster a culture focused on customer satisfaction and employee development Partner with Finance, Service, and Marketing teams to maximize results Qualifications Proven success as an Automotive Sales Manager or Pre-Owned Sales Manager Luxury automotive experience preferred; BMW experience is a plus Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities Expertise in inventory management, pricing strategy, and digital retailing Excellent communication and customer relationship skills Track record of consistently achieving sales and profitability goals What We Offer Competitive compensation and performance incentives Outstanding showroom and service Facility Stable Benefits Plan Health, dental, vision and full spectrum of voluntary benefits Paid time off and vactaion 401K savings plan plus company match Company Vehicle for qualified insurable drivers Career growth opportunities within a premier dealership group
