Beauty Market Manager

DePasquale Salon Systems is proud to announce the upcoming opening of our newest Beauty Market in Cherry Hill, New Jersey!! We are currently interviewing for a Full-Time Retail Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader with retail management experience and a passion for the beauty industry.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the Beauty Market, including opening and closing procedures. Manage inventory levels to optimize stock availability while minimizing overstock and waste. Lead staff, including hiring, training, scheduling and performance management. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns, resolving issues promptly and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for all patrons. Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, including cash handling procedures and security measures. Ensure adherence to company standards of product quality, presentation and pricing to uphold the Beauty Market's reputation for excellence. Become certified in all product lines

Qualifications:

Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the beauty industry. Strong leadership abilities with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and employees. Solid understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, sales techniques, and customer service principles. Proficiency in computerized retail management systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
